Welcome to The Trapeze Coach Club. We're delighted to offer highly qualified and experienced executive coaches to enhance people performance across your business. All our coaches have been selected due to their expertise and are also accredited with a professional coaching body such as the Association for Coaching, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council or the ICF.


What is Coaching and why would you commission a coach?
Coaching supports the achievement of both organisational objectives and goals as well as individual personal development. Coaches usually work on a 1-2-1 basis helping individuals identify their development goals, working with them to achieve long lasting performance enhancements. It’s a two-way relationship with both the organisation and the employee gaining significant benefit. All our coaches also work with teams through group coaching.

  • High Potential
  • Team Strategy
  • Returner & transition coaching

A typical coaching programme would involve the ‘coachee’ meeting 2/3 potential coaches for a 30 minute ‘chemistry session’ to establish fit and style. A defined number of sessions (often 6-8) over an agreed timescale are then timetabled. Sessions are usually no more than 2 hours each.
