HR RECRUITMENT ASSIGNMENTS
Our extensive senior talent network consists of both active & passive job seekers, many of whom are extremely well connected. We will identify, approach and assess individuals prior to presenting a short-list.
TRAPEZE ADVISORY SERVICE
For smaller clients, it’s not always clear what level of HR individual is required. We offer a due diligence/deep dive audit of the people side of your business, the findings of which will determine your HR recruitment needs which we will then deliver. This package works on a fixed fee basis.
Interim hires offer a short term solution for projects, skills gaps and absence cover. Interims tend to operate via their own LTD company or an umbrella company (see notes on IR35 relating to this) and are paid a daily rate. This daily rate can vary dependent upon their level of seniority and expertise - these can vary between £350 - £1,200 per day.
