Sharing your best self at interview
It’s really important whenever you meet a potential new employer, you’re able to flourish and show them just how great you are. But sometimes you need different support to make that possible.
So, if that applies to you, just let us know what you might need so we can make sure it’s taken into consideration as part of any assessments.
To give you some examples, past support has included extra time for assessments, amended processes to support people with autism and ADHD, as well as more obvious things like ramp access for wheelchairs.
