Harriet has over 15 years recruitment experience gained from both agency and in house roles, with a focus on the HR market place for over a decade.
She has worked flexibly since 2010 so understands what ‘smarter’ working means having lived and breathed it.
Having worked across a diverse range of sectors, from Financial Services and Professional Services to FMCG, as well as time spent in house at FTSE 100 easyJet, she’s gained broad sector knowledge. Most recently, Harriet has focussed on the senior end of the market, working with job share pairs and career break returners.
Harriet is the mother of lively twins and in her spare time loves running in the countryside near her home in Bedfordshire.
Jane has worked as a generalist HR practitioner and recruiter for over 20 years and is CIPD qualified.
Having worked in a part-time capacity since 2007, she is adept at juggling work priorities and fully understands her client and candidate’s needs. Jane has worked across a broad range of industry sectors and in particular understands the market drivers and different work cultures across Financial Services, working for Citi, Cazenove and JP Morgan, and in hospitality, working for IHG and Millennium Hotels. Having left the banking world in 2010, Jane was frustrated at the lack of support available to her and other HR professionals seeking greater work life balance.
Jane has two young daughters, a high octane dog who requires a lot of exercise and can occasionally be found on the Thames in a rowing boat.
